Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.
Tracking Information
Tracking will become active after the shipping carrier scans the package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
In-Stock Items Only
We do not accept backorders. All inventory listed online is live and reflects what is physically available in our warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you immediately to arrange a solution.
Shipping Methods
We use USPS for most deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time and reflect the carrier’s actual pricing — we do not add handling fees.
Expedited or Special Requests
For upgraded or time-sensitive shipments, please contact us at 703-924-8888 before placing your order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Transfer of Risk
All items are shipped FOB (Free On Board) Origin. This means that once the package leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

Return Window
Products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging, with proof of purchase or receipt

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns after 30 days, or items that are used or damaged, are not eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Recommendation for Returns Over $75
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
